Sudatel shares are suspended from trading on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange

The company has not committed to disclosing its financial information

The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange issued a temporary order to suspend Sudatel’s shares from trading in the market, noting that the company’s shares are traded on the Khartoum Stock Exchange and Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange in what is called cross-listing.

The decision to temporarily suspend the trading of the company’s shares, starting on April 1, 2021, stated that the reason for this suspension is the company’s failure to disclose its financial information, which contravenes the market regulations.

UAE capital markets, and the decision called on all departments concerned with the market to implement it immediately.
