The Prime Minister arrives in Paris

The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdallah Hamdok, and his accompanying delegation arrived this afternoon, to Charles de Gaulle Airport, in the French capital, Paris, to participate in the Paris Special Conference to support the Sudanese economy and the democratic transition in the country, during which a number of different working papers will be presented.

The Prime Minister will also participate in the Africa-France economic summit on Tuesday.

Mr. Omar Qamaruddin, Advisor to the Prime Minister for International Partnerships and Chairman of the Technical Committee, said in a press conference after the arrival that all preparations have been completed to hold the conference sessions tomorrow, Monday, with wide international participation.

Mr. Omar Qamar Al-Din announced that another conference will be held in Washington next year, and another in Tokyo, as well as in the Gulf countries, to encourage investment in Sudan, and a thoughtful meeting will be held on those conferences before the end of this year.
