Today, the Ministry of Finance signed a bridge loan agreement to eliminate the arrears of debts of the African Development Bank between the Ministry of Finance and the African Development Bank.
The Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Dr. Gabriel Ibrahim, signed on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, while the African Development Bank was signed by Mrs. Nina Nawab Ovo, the African Development Bank Regional Director.
