Sudanese investigative film wins a prestigious British award

The Sudanese investigative film by writer and journalist Fateh Al-Rahman Al-Hamdani (Schools That Chained Children Up) won the Royal Television Society Awards as the best documentary for the year (2021).

This is about the current international affairs category, which was held in (Britain – London) yesterday, and this film is considered one of the best Arab journalistic investigations.

After announcing the award, Fateh Al-Rahman Al-Hamdani said, “This award is dedicated to the children of Al-Khalawi in Sudan who suffer in silence to resist chains with their thin and tired bodies that have been exhausted by the whips, I tell you your voice has arrived and it is time for the chains to be broken.”
