Officially.. the World Health Organization approves the Sinopharm vaccine against Corona

On Friday, the World Health Organization announced that it had approved a Corona vaccine from Sinopharma for use in emergency situations.
The WHO Vaccine Experts Committee recommended Sinopharma, the first Chinese vaccine to receive the green light from WHO, for people aged 18 years and over.
It is worth noting that the United Arab Emirates has taken the technology and will cooperate with China to produce 200 million doses of vaccine called “Hayat-Fax” as the first locally made vaccine in the region.
This is the first time that the World Health Organization has granted approval for the emergency use of any Chinese vaccine against any infectious disease.
The Director of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom, said that two doses of the vaccine had been recommended.
The World Health Organization will allow the vaccine to be included in the Kovacs mechanism, which is the global program for providing vaccines mainly to poor countries.
