Khartoum airport will close for 6 hours for runway maintenance

The Civil Aviation Authority issues a bulletin (Notam) to close the runway at Khartoum Airport as of Tuesday, at eight in the morning until three in the afternoon, local time, which will lead to the suspension of air traffic at the airport, due to maintenance work on the runway.

Provided that air traffic will resume normally after three in the afternoon.

The Civil Aviation Authority said in a press clarification that flights were coordinated and programmed with airlines operating at Khartoum International Airport, so that passenger traffic is not affected by the closure.
