 Mogadishu | Times Of Sudan

A clash of fists took place between members of the Intelligence and National Security Agency (NISA) and immigration officials, at Mogadishu International Airport, this morning, Thursday, which led to the destruction of windows and equipment in the office of the Immigration Administration.

The clashes came after a disagreement took place yesterday between immigration officials and intelligence agents after the Immigration Department arrested foreigners who arrived at the airport to verify their identity and identify their destination, but members of the intelligence services refused that and drove them out of the airport.

The clashes led to the suspension of the airport’s work for a short period and caused chaos in it, and the head of the Immigration Department, Muhammad Adam Kofi, arrived at the airport to calm the situation and return things to normal.
